Distant Healing Curriculum Project: An IONS/IHH Collaboration — This curriculum on distant healing, sponsored by IONS and the Institute for Health and Healing, will integrate seminar-style learning experiences with a set of rich media resources. It will include an overview of both ancient and contemporary understandings of the nature of healing, exploration of nonlocal effects on healing, a review of current scientific research and interviews with healers who currently use distant healing practices. The goal is to create a standalone module that can be used in medical schools, academic settings and continuing professional education certification programs. An online version of the Distant Healing curriculum will be developed and made available to individuals as an IONS sponsored e-learning program.
